Tell Jody Webster, the Lawer Lee Ann Rollins that you lied when you told them I hit you in the Chest.
Also tell them to edit the file stateing I hit you in the Chest.

Anothony Lied and Fabricated a Lie that I hit him in the Chest.
I Never Hit him in the Chest.   Never

Current Date: May 28th, 2022

Please allow me this opportunity to Express some Concerns that I have recently experienced.

On Tuesday the 24th of May, 2022@ Approximately 7:40am, The First shift Nurse Anthony Anokam pushed the door of the refrigerator on me while I was leaning over to get my food out of the refrigerator. I lost my balance and almost fell. When I got up right in the correct standing position, the Nurse Anthony Anoka, was laughing.  I walked out of the break room, clocked out and left the building.

I would have told the Forensics Nursing Manager Oby Onuorah, but she is historically favorable to the Africans.

This was not the first time Anthony has harassed me. One time he called me a " White boy" and said he was going to kick my ass.  Anthony Anokam has repeatedly harassed me in the past, but I never said anything to anybody, because I understand that nothing will happen due to the fact that the Africans are historically not held accountable.

I am currently working third shift at the ANNEX of Central Regional Hospital, Building 393 in Butner North Carolina.

I tranferred to building 393, First of all to get away from Oby Onuorah the Nurse Manager of the Forensics Department at Central Regional Hospital. She was frequently harassing me and what bothered me the most was that she called me " Whiteboy ". She called me whiteboy for years. She even called me Whiteboy in front of the Patients. I am very confident that there are patients still on BO that would remember Oby Onuorah calling me Whiteboy.

So not only was I harassed on my old unit BO by The Nurse Manager by Oby Onuorah, I believe that the Harassment has only carried over to another Unit. I don't believe it to be any coincidence that I am still being called Whiteboy.

You can respond to this letter by email and I will post the replies in this memo.

Per our Phone Conversation on the 8th of July, 2022 at approximately 9am

After Anthony Anokam hit me with the Refriderator Door, I Did Throw a Water bottle in his General Direction.
In Mid Swing, I knew that I had lost my Temper.
I had just enough time to make sure it did not hit him.
I did not say anything else to him and I had not said anything to him prior to the Refriderator Door Incident.

I Did call Anthony Anokam, Dad and told him the he was the fault that my whole DNA Double Helix was Screwed up.
I told him he messed up the whole Gene Pool.
That was just the best way I knew how deal with him.
I just turned his harrassment into a joke.
He laughed at first.

I did Not Call him Old Man.

Never Did I hit him in the Chest, Never.
I promise, if I was going to hit him, it would not be in the Chest.

I knew a long time ago that Anthony Anokam was a problem and an Instigator.
He has a long history of arguing with people and that should not even be in Question.
I tried to ignore and stay away from him the best I could.

I also knew very well that Abosolutely Nothing would Happen If I Told The Nurse Manager by Oby Onuorah.
That is Why I sent the Letter To whom I thought to be the Director of the Hospital and the EEOC.

I am not sure what I want for the outcome to be, per your Question.
I was sure that the harrassment was to continue and I was sure that the anger inside me would continue to Esculate.
This was just a continuation of harrassment that I went through with The Nurse Manager by Oby Onuorah.

Follow up July 10th, 2022 @ 9am.
Since our last conversation:

Apprently Anthony Anokam Suggested that I punched him in the Chest.
That is a complete fabracation and flat out Lie.
Ask Anthony Anokam where I puched him on the Body, What was the location of the Building, who was around,
and Why he did not tell anybody.

And I promise, If I was going to hit him, it would not be in the Chest.

Since Anothony Anokam is going to lie, I am going to tell you about the Bottle.

I was trying to leave the Bottle out of the conversation because it would implicate Josephe, Ola, and Charlene.
Charlene was only there as I entered the hallway and was not in sight as I left.

I do not have any problems with any of these people, but they were close by the Break Room.

Josephe is the second shift nurse and I believe he got stuck that night on the DOT becasue of Staff Shortages.

Anothony Anokam, Ola and Charlene came in on first shift.

Ola, Charlene, and Joseph were all standing in the Hallway arguing about who was going to be charge nurse.

As I entered the breakroom Anthony Anokam was there in the breakroom laughing.

I guess he was laughing about the people in the hallway arguing about who was going to be charge nurse.

I was there in the breakroom to pick up my lunch bag and make my way to the time clock.

I always keep my lunch bag in the bottom bucket because first shift fills up the remaining space in the Refridgerator.
Therefore, it is easy to bend over and get my lunchbag out of the Bottm Bucket in the Refridgerator.

As I was bending over, I was broadsided by the Refridgerator Door. If the wall had not been there, I probably would have fallen. As I regained my balance and stood up in the correct standing position, Anothony Anokam was in the corner Laughing.

There on the breakroom table was Josephe's belongings with a water bottle.
Without Thinking, I picked up the bottle and threw it.

Last thing I remember, in mid swing, I was thinking that I had really lost my temper and I tried to divert the bottle as best as I could. The water bottle bounced off the wall.

Anothony Anokam was no longer laughing, his eyes were hugh and buldging.
Anthony Anokam was Cowardly Cringing in the corner as if he knew he was about to be hit by a train.
He knew that I had lost control.

Emanual, entered and said what is going on.
I left the breakroom, clocked out and left.
I said nothing to nobody.

I came back that night for work on third shift.

After Rounds and shift change was over Ola asked me what had happened between Anthony Anokam and Me.

I told him that Anthony Anokam had pushed the Refridgerator Door on me so hard that I almost fell.

Ola asked if it was an accident.

I told him that it was no accident and that I almost Fell.

I then asked Ola what Anthony Anokam had said.

He told me the Emanual had told him what had happened.

Per Hospital Pollicy, both Emaual and Ola should have reported the incident with Work Place Violence.

I did not want to Drag Emaual and Ola into the problem.

Since Anthony Anokam is going to fabricate lies about me Punching him in the Chest, he leaves me no choice.

You have asked me about what I want to see happen in the outcome?

I'll be willing to bet if you (Suggested) to suspend everybody until the investigation is over,
some people are going to tell you everything.

Should you need anything else, let me know.

Thank you for your time.
